When and where do courses take place?

From May 2026, the new HyFlex model offers greater flexibility: attendance is generally not required as lectures are recorded. Depending on the module, courses are delivered either via livestream or on site. More information: HyFlex model.

What qualification do you receive?

Graduates receive an internationally recognised Bachelor (BSc/BA) or Master (MSc/MA) degree in their field of study. All degrees are state-recognised and internationally transferable.

How does the admission process work?

Admission depends on prior education and existing competencies. Depending on your profile, you will be admitted either to a regular Bachelor’s programme or to an accelerated Bachelor’s programme (bridging course). With a completed Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences or a university, admission to Master’s programmes is also possible.

Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences offers flexible, part-time continuing education programmes that can be ideally combined with a professional elite sports career. The programmes cover key topics such as leadership, management, financial management, digitalisation, innovation, business psychology, applied psychology, as well as coaching and counselling. The following continuing education options are offered:

• CAS FH (Certificate of Advanced Studies): short specialised programmes
• DAS FH (Diploma of Advanced Studies): combination of several CAS
• MAS FH (Master of Advanced Studies): modular advanced programme
• MBA FH (Master of Business Administration): general management and strategy
• EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration): leadership and strategic management for experienced professionals

What benefits do you get as a member of the Athletes Network?

For all continuing education programmes (CAS, DAS, MAS, MBA, EMBA, DBA), you receive a one-time 5% discount if you are a member of the Athletes Network and book the offer through our website (study programme starting after May 2026).

Important when applying for the discount: To qualify for the discount, you must submit a valid Athletes Network membership confirmation together with your application. Please also indicate in the application form that you are a member of the Athletes Network. Subsequent submission of the membership confirmation is not possible. If the membership confirmation and the corresponding declaration are not provided at the time of application, the discount cannot be granted.

• Distance learning with high flexibility and self-study
