To apply for free membership of Athletes Network, you must fulfill the following criteria:

Individual sport

As an active athlete, you must belong to the national elite (e.g. professional dancer, possession of a Swiss Olympic Card or membership of a national squad)
As a former athlete, you must have belonged to the national elite (e.g. professional dancer, possession of a Swiss Olympic Card or membership of a national squad)

Team sport

As an active athlete, you must play in one of the top two leagues (for football the third-highest league also counts)
As a former athlete, you must have played in one of the top two leagues (for football the third-highest league also counts)
