Alongside his Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management, Gerd has many years of experience in HR and recruitment. He also has very good knowledge of the recruitment process and the labour market. He conducts the CAS ‘Counselling in Practice’ and the CAS ‘Digital Leadership & Transformation’ at the ZHAW.
